Amb Princess Asha Okojie, with her extensive background in entertainment, media, and business consultancy, has now shifted her focus to Foreign Direct Investments (FDI). She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new endeavor. As the descendant of the renowned Esan monarch King Ogbidi Okojie and the niece of Chief Anthony Enahoro and Cardinal Anthony Olubunmi Okogie, Amb Princess Asha Okojie comes from a lineage of distinguished political and social leaders in Nigeria.
Currently serving as the CEO of AfriQtalk LLC, Amb Princess Asha Okojie leads a PR, branding, consultancy, event management, multimedia services, and trade facilitation company. AfriQtalk has a proven track record of strategic collaborations, co-branding, marketing, and sponsorship partnerships in both the public and private sectors. Amb Princess Asha Okojie is also the Founder and President of FACE (Festival of Arts, Culture & Expo) Honors and Global Leadership Initiatives. This organization recognizes individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to service and humanity in Africa and the African diaspora. Additionally, she initiated the African Legislatives and Executive Forum, which provides a platform for state legislators, business executives, and leaders in the private sector to connect and exchange ideas for the betterment of governance.
Under her leadership, AfriQtalk provided media and communications consulting for the Nigerian consulate in Atlanta, Georgia. She co-hosted President Obama’s Young African Leaders Summit (YALI) in Atlanta in 2014 and covered President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Washington, D.C. in 2015. AfriQtalk collaborated with the African Business Round Table and the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the UN to host the UN Security Conference in New York, where former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo delivered the keynote speech.
Amb Princess Asha Okojie has made significant contributions to the transformation of traditional television news and entertainment through her online blog radio and YouTube talk show channel. Her platform spreads awareness of African vibrant cultures, entertainment, music, ideological diversity, and entrepreneurial ingenuity while collaborating with cultural organizations to promote African artists in African communities in the U.S.

She has supported numerous local events and facilitated interviews with various media outlets, including CNN, The Dr. Phil Show, and VH1during Amb Geoffrey Teneilabe tenure at the Nigerian Consulate of Atlanta, GA. Amb Princess Asha Okojie has also, been recognized as one of Africa’s emerging leaders in the diaspora. She was elected into Stanford Who’s Who, an organization that honors outstanding executives, professionals, and businesspeople worldwide.
Her advocacy extends to the promotion of African arts, entertainment, and culture, as well as efforts to address issues such as the return of stolen artifacts and the revitalization of heritage sites in Africa. In 2018, she was nominated as the cultural ambassador for the United States by the Edo State Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Diaspora Affairs to enhance cultural understanding between Edo State and the U.S.
Recognized locally and internationally for her humanitarian work and activism against female genital mutilation, gender inequality, and child marriage, Amb Princess Asha Okojie dedicates her time to charitable efforts and engages with women and youth. She was conferred the title of UN Ambassador in 2017 for her philanthropic activities and humanitarian work in Africa. Amb Princess Asha Okojie’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become the first and youngest African woman to launch the African catering and delivery business known as Fashwill Kitchens. She started the business in Miami, Florida, and later moved it to College Park, Georgia, catering to prominent figures such as former NBA player Hakeem Olajuwon.
Her blogs, known for their captivating content, have been cited as academic references in her efforts to promote African culture, entrepreneurship, and entertainment. She actively supports research into traditional alternative treatments for sickle cell disease in Africa through her philanthropic initiatives. In addition to her professional pursuits, Amb Princess Asha Okojie enjoys mentoring young women and girls, writing motivational quotes, engaging in photojournalism, and traveling. Her commitment to family values and faith in God serves as her guiding principles, keeping her focused, humbled, and motivated.
Amb Princess Asha Okojie holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Information Management and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She is involved in various organizations, including serving as the Co-chairman of THINKWEST Initiative (TWI) in Nigeria, a board member of the International Forum for Sickle-Celled in the Diaspora (INFORSID), and a member of the Women Empowerment Network (WOENET), the Nigerian advisory committee, the former Nigerian Diaspora Diagnostic & Trauma Foundation (NDDTF), the National Alliance of Medical Auditing Specialists (NAMAS), the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
